Meet Genaya

Hi there! I’m Genaya Watson, the friendly face and dedicated speech-language pathologist at Palm Beach Speech Clinic. With a solid foundation—a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maine and a Master of Science from Adelphi University—I’ve made it my mission to be your partner in transforming children’s lives, specializing in helping them overcome challenges.

 

Every journey is unique, and I’m all about creating a warm and supportive space where young clients and their families can feel right at home. With a big heart, a lot of patience, and a dash of humor, I’m here to guide you through the highs and lows on your child’s path to progress.

 

Beyond my role at Palm Beach Speech Clinic, I am deeply invested in being a lifelong learner. My clinical interests extend to attending workshops and mentorship programs, enriching my education to become a more effective therapist. I also have a passion for working with adults, particularly those dealing with voice and swallowing disorders post-stroke and head and neck cancer patients.

 

While not immersed in the world of speech pathology, you’ll find me exploring my love for staying active and playing soccer, going for walks, watching the sunset, serving in our children’s ministry at my church, volunteering to help the homeless community in downtown West Palm Beach, discovering new restaurants to try, and spending quality time with friends and family.
